Jay was a very good friend of mine. His untimely death has really been terribly sad. He was only 46 years old. He touched a whole lot of lives and I know besides myself, he will be sorely missed.

I watched a couple of shows with Boddington hunting with him.
He was a colorful character to say the least.

He will be missed. Hunted buffalo in sombrero, shorts and flip flops in the Philippines. Heard he died of kidney failure. I wish I had been able to know him longer.

Well crap that is totally sad. What was the cause? Someone said kidney failure? I watched the Boddington show and thought "that guy is cool" especially hunting Buffalo with an M1A. One of my best friends is half Filpino and was planning on travelling there and hunting with him at some point. Well that shows me yet again life is short and precious. RIP.

That's what he looked like in the video's. Love those hat's they sport there. Usually was using some ex military style weapon, I think it has something to do with the firearms laws in the Phillipines

Jay was a really interesting guy for a lot of reasons aside from hunting. He and I chatted a few times and he had a lot to offer the world which makes it a real shame he passed so young. He will be missed.

Sorry to hear about Jay's passing and condolences to his family and friends. I really didn't know Jay or have the opportunity to hunt with him, but sounds like I missed out on a good thing as mentioned by his many friends and clients.
