Since I like lions and lion hunting so much, I just thought I would share this picture with you guys. My friend and long-time client Lary Knowlton from Dallas took this lion in late June 2009 with Richard Bell-Cross of Pro-Hunt Zambia Ltd. He arrived for his 21-day hunt the day after I left, and shot this huge maned lion on day 3 of his hunt. Aaron Neilson Global Hunting Resources

Terrific Zambia Lion! They don't keep manes like that up north in the Zambesi Valley thorn bush. What did the skull field measure? Mike ______________ DSC DRSS (again) SCI Life NRA Life Sables Life Mzuri IPHA "To be a Marine is enough."

LionHunter - Don't know the skull size, but generally a big lion in that area is 24.5" - 25.5" on average.
