Good day It has come to my attention that Zambezi Hunters has an elephant bull hunt and a couple of buffalo bull hunts available for 2008. The elephant bull will be hunted in Mahenye - an exciting elephant area bordering the Gonarezhou National Park. ZH has just landed this concession and have high hopes of taking big bulls there this season, and in the years to come. Historically, Mahenye has certainly delivered and there is a strong possibility of taking 50/60 pounds there. Although plainsgame is in short supply, hippo and croc can be taken. Essentially, Mahenye is an elephant area - for the serious elephant hunter who is looking for heavy ivory. The cost of such a hunt is US$ 34500, all inclusive. That is daily rate and elephant bull trophy fee. The buffalo hunts will be conducted in the Save Conservancy and cost $14000 - daily rate and buff trophy fee. Of course, there is also plenty of plainsgame that may be taken in the SVC. If anyone needs more info, don't hesitate to drop me a line. Best regards to you all Dave | ||
