Does anybody know of insurers specifically providing overseas hunting cover to citizens of any country ? All the NZ based insurers I checked out excluded hunting cover, and events directly or indirectly related. Also no firearms cover while firearms are in use. A while back I checked a few USA based insurers offering hunting cover but most policies were for USA residents only while any cover for non USA citizens was very limited, if offered at all.

Do you Kiwis have someone like the SSAA that we have in Oz?

I believe they can organise travel insurance for hunters, as well as providing firearm insurance.
