Everyone is aware of the rule and noone is surprised when those breaking it are targeted.

ddrhookI was in Kenya when this happen but I don't remember the details that lead to her killing. she had made enemys of some of the locals. I don;t remeber if it was about land or wildlife. I know some people who where her friends and they where not supprized in that area at least 1 white land owner is killed every month. not long after her killing a flower farm owner was murdered at his front gate.
