Interesting piece of information. In July I printed an application for rental down from the Satellite Phone Store in preperation for my up comming hunt. As I leave the 29th I thought it would be time to place my order so I went back to thier web site and guess what i found the wseekly rate went from $34.95 to $59.95 an increase of 71.5%. I called and ask about the increase and was told the rate would go back down after the "season" and I ask what season? He said the Hurricane season. Now talk about gouging. Yes I am going to Africa and will pay the fee but what about the people that need the phones because of emergencies. I am going to do some shopping.
