Great kudu. One of mine - this one from Namibia, taken with Vaughan Fulton in 2004:

2002 With Dirk de Bod... A couple guys that had hunted Kudu all their lives said that this was the largest kudu body they had ever seen. I weighed 275lbs in the photo. Kudu was 55.5" 12 inch bases and 48" spread.

I shot these 2 bulls in the East Cape hunting with Audley Vermaak. The smaller bull was the first animal i took on my first African hunt. I shot the second bull 5 days later when I wanted to find a bigger, more mature bull. He was taken in heavy speckboom shrub cover right at dark. I am hoping to take another in 2008 with Dirk Rohrmann.

Credit my wife and Vaughan Fulton for setting that one up. And also the kudu, for having the good grace to be on top of a very high and rocky kopje when I killed him.
