LittleJoeGood info. I need to get my plane ticket and hotel booked. Never had hotel problems in Reno and have always found cheap rates at Circus Circus.

larrys01Hotels are not the problem. Getting to the Airport is. I think Reno has a total of 3 taxis with only two of them running at the same time.
The flights leaving Reno on the day after the convention fill up quickly so you need to book early or you will end up staying a extra day.
I wish they had kept the convention in LV.

Larry SellersAll the hotels in Reno have their own shuttle buses!!! No need for no stinking taxi!!

Shuttles are also at NO CHARGE, more bucks for the goodies. I think LV sucks by the way, talk about expensive!! Are you attending this year in Reno, just wondering. Might see you there?

MJinesWill be interesting to see what the attendance is this year compared to last year. I went last year for the first time. I would never entertain attending in Reno. No non-stops from most places, the weather to deal with, . . . I will just wait for SCI to go back to Las Vegas.

Where we were the Shuttle Bus started running @ 8:00.Our flight left @ 7:00 Plus they couldn't find the Keys to the Bus.
Several Flights had got canceled the night before so a lot of people were trying to get to the Airport early. We barely made it.
So, No I will not do Reno again. LV, Yes.

LittleJoeNever had problems getting in or out of Reno. Never had a flight cancelled, knock on wood, and I enjoy the atmposphere in Reno just as much as Las Vegas.

Larry SellersMJ - Just wondering. Do ALL the places you hunt, fish and visit have direct non-stop flights coming and going?

If true, please advise me of your travel agent as I would like to use them. Thanks.

I was thinking he'd have a tough time living here. Other than Seattle and Chicago I don't think there's non-stop outta here.
