There are lots of options.

If he is not looking for inches. I would have him consider holding out on booking early. Check AR every day and take advantage of some of the great late season offers we see here every year.


I have walked in the foot prints of the elephant, listened to lion roar and met the buffalo on his turf. I shall never be the same.

I love hunting buffalo. Tanzania lets you buy a 21 day license and shoot 3 buffalo. You can negotiate for a shorter hunt with your safari company. That's the best bargain in buffalo hunting, in my book.

Second that and I think his average was 42 inch on hard bossed bulls. In addition some of the best bushbuck on the planet.
