Borealis BobTuli Block Recommendations ?
A few weeks ago I posted a question about what area might be best for the type of plains game hunting I envision on my first safari.
Many of you were good enough to PM, etc.,to recommend the Tuli Block area of Botwana. Others mentioned their operations in other parts of Africa.
Too date I have not compiled a very long list of PHs in that area from which to make comparisions. There doesn't seem to be as many opportunities in that area as others.
Any specific suggestions/recommendations as who to hunt with in the Tuli Block?
Chris Trotskie all the way.

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

404WJJefferyI just returned from a PG hunt in the Tuli area.
The property was 30,000 acres, private land, tented. There are boundary fences, but otherwise it was fairly open.
I can recommend the outfit to you, and I recommend you deal directly with them, reasonable rates, charming people, Botswana PH. The owners, Roy and Charlotte Young, are charming, old Africa types, their home is on the river, hippo and croc, had spotted hyena near the camp one night...good food. It was pretty thick when I was there, but later in the year it should thin out.
it is tswanasafaris and their url is:

Erik JensenWell, some years ago me and my brother went on our first african safari, and we went to Botswana, and hunted with Leeubos Safaris - which is just next to Roy and Charlotte Youns farm. Leeubos is not offering hunting anymore, but they are recommending their friends at Tswana Safaris. The link to their homepage:

Why go to work when you can go hunting - with the 375 H+H?
Leon "Spyker" Joubert or Joubert Pro Hunt.
Yes, I rep him in the states. Area he hunts is 200,000 hectares-- that's right, nearly half a million acres. Southern most reaches of Tuli block and adjoining lands.
Accommodations are permanent chalets overlooking Limpopo River with tented outpost camps if desired.
Pricing and all the rest is on the web site. I'd be glad to speak to you about this. Let me know if I can help.
