Hey kids,
Working on an article and needs some help.

I'm putting together a piece on Roosevelt's classic safari and trying to compare costs from then and now and am having a hell'uva time with hartebeests

Here's how they are listed in TR's book
Neuman's hartebeest
Coke's hartebeest
Big hartebeest
Jackson's
Uganda
Nilotic

Which of these are still legal? And I'm guessing some have changed names or are known as something else today.
Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks

I know Jackson's and Coke's are still available. Don't know about Neuman's. Never heard of "Big", Nilotic or Ugandan.

Have you made inquiry to the contemporary jurisdictions TR hunted, as well as other jurisdictions in which these species are known to exist?

Thanks for the help guys. As most of where TR hunted is closed to hunting, I'm mainly looking at if the species is available at all. I'll post my results when finished
