28 Day To Go!

Saeed28 Day To Go!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have 28 days left before we get to Dar for our next safari.
This is the time when everyone gets a bit fidgety! And the days seem to take longer to pass.
We used to have everyone fly into Dar from different parts of the world.
This year everyone decided to fly to Dubai a few days early, then we fly together to Dar.
Nelson is flying in from Chile, Dwight is flying in from Michigan. Walter and myself will be waiting for them here.
Walter is enjoying some "rest" as he says in Spain with some friends right now.
We have a school break later this month, so decided to go off to the Maldives with the family and some friends.
We get back on the 4th, then 3 days later we head over to Dar.
We will be taking a sat modem, so we can giveyou all live reports from the camp, as we have been doing in the past few years.
And as usual everyone is promising to make life as miserable for everyone else, so we sure are looking at enjoying some laughs.

eyedocWhere are you going this year and what do you hope to bring to bag?
We seldom get to choose
But I've seen them go both ways
And I would rather go out in a blaze of glory
Than to slowly rot away!

Safari-HuntGood luck with getting a rested Walter from Spain.

I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good.

SaeedWe will be hunting the Moyowosi, and anything on license is fair game.
Walter is never "rested"! He likes to upset everyone, so everyone makes sure he has no peace!
The only thing he said we should not forget was the farting machine!
When I asked him why is not worried about the guns and ammo, he said "that is your problems. My fart machine is MY problem. It works better than nature, and I like to impress the camp staff with my incredible ability of farting at will"!

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

Michael RobinsonSaeed, I look forward to your reports, although I will have to wait until I get back myself to read them.
Have fun in the Maldives, and best of luck in the Moyowasi - Walter and his antics notwithstanding!

Walter says "Put two mirrors facing each other, get in between, take your trousers and sunderpants off, and bend down. You will see the ugliest fart machine ever created"
Now to answer your question.
Do a google search, and you will find a number of these on offer.
The one we have comes with a remore, and makes many different farts as you press the button.
Walter has it, so I cannot post a picture.

I don't use one of those old fashioned two pipe smoke poles.
I use a modern rifle, with a modern cartridge, designed specificaly for old mbogo.
He can be at 10 yards or 400, and he ain't safe

Glad you enjoy them.
Here is one of a swan which did not take kindly of me getting close!
My wife and daughter thought it was hilarious to see the "big game hunter" running away from a swan!

CanuckBest of luck on your hunt Saeed! Please pass on my regards to Walter, Dwight and the Vincents!
I am really looking forward to the videos this year. I always enjoy them but this year I have been laid up for a couple months with an injury (and it looks like a couple more) and am getting stir crazy not being able to hunt. The DVD player is getting a good work out though!
Cheers,
Chris
