SteveGlChaos in Botswana?
I came across this editorial by 3-time Pulitzer Prize winner and New York Times star-reporter Thomas L. Friedman about the
"chaos in Botswana", which, according to him
"has spent decades torn by civil war and ethnic hatred".
What the hell is he talking about?

Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times.
Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.

Todd WilliamsAm I missing something here? The page "is a spoof of The New York Times" and "wasn't really written" by the quoted author? And this is pointed out in the very small print that is shaded and near unnoticeable at the bottom of the page?
Can some on fill me in on the joke?

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......
"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
