A friend of mine purchased an auction hunt donated by Wild Wildebeest Safaris in South Africa.

Has anyone hunted with them and, if so, what was your impression?

PM me if preferred.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Found this website and I assume it is their's:

I hunted with them in July of 2014 and will be going back to hunt with them at the end of May 2016 which will make my 6th African safari. They have a great camp with clean accommodations and good food. I took the animals I wanted and so did my friend travelling with me. The service before and after the safari was as good as any I have had anywhere. Feel free to PM me if you like.

I just came back from a hunt with them. The lioness and buffalo hunts were amazing. Also took a beautiful waterbuck. Excellent service and lots of game! Would recommend...

My wife and I hunted with them in March this year. 10 day hunt with 11 animals harvested. They have a lot of properties ranging from mountains to open bush. Food was great rooms were great. They really spoiled us rotten. We are starting to work on getting a family trip planned with them. Can't wait to go back.
I would highly recommend them. Your friend will have a great time. You should go with him.

I will be going with them in August of this year, for my first trip to Africa. It seems to be their business model to give hunts to auctions, let them go very very cheap; and have higher trophy fees on the other animals you choose to shoot when you're there. fine with me, i do not have the cash to shoot much more than what came with my package, which was extremely reasonably priced. i am looking forward to the trip and glad to see a few more folks out there have enjoyed their time there as well.

just got back this week.

it was my first trip to Africa. I bought a donation hunt at my local SCI banquet. i took my dad, and we had a great time. i took an impala and blue wildebeest with my bow. Dad took an impala and kudu with his bow, and gemsbok and a 41" sable with the PH's rifle.

it was a great hunt with a very nice camp, friendly staff, great PHs, and i cannot wait to o back. Formerly Nunzaan safaris, the owner Tonie teamed up with a new landowner that owns wild wildebeest lodge, so the new name.

they have properties all over Limpopo, as well as hunting in the Eastern and Western Cape. tons of land to hunt on and lots of animals. i did not find a shooter boar warthog, and after i decided i wanted a zebra, i could not get one in bow range. i had great opportunities on the first day, but it wasnt on my wish list at that time.

i can't wait to go back with them in a couple years.
