I am considering a trip this year With Nhenda Safaris/ Southern African Safaris.

Mostly to hunt buff in the Tetense area in Mozambique.

If any of you have any experience with the operation or the area, information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mark,
Their Websight shows little about Buffalo hunting which is a concern IMO.
They also say the area has only been hunted by them since 2008 which is also a concern as It's preferable that an outfitter has been in the area than not. If no outfitter has been there for some time then it's likely to have seen plenty of poaching.
I believe when it comes to buffalo hunting in Mozambique you need to book with an outfit that is known to have good numbers of Buffalo and even in these areas the numbers wont be as high as other parts of Africa (other than the Delta proper).
