MacD37Sad day, but try to remember the good days while you had her, rather than dwell on the days after she left your side. Condolences!

LongbobI'm very close to my mother and my wife's mom committed suicide about 10 years ago. I try not to take anything for granted with my mom, anymore. My thoughts are with you and your family.

bull1Eric,
We do not know each other but we all had a mother. There is no stronger advocate for a child or an adult than his or her mother. A mother's love is special and so are the sweet memories. I talk to my 78 year old mom every day and tears come to my eyes now when I think that she too will someday be gone. My heartfelt prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. May you find some small comfort in the wonderful memories the two of you accumulated through the years.
