In the Eastern Cape from just about the year dot, bushbuck drives with beaters and hounds have been the norm.A few years back, an attempt to put a stop to this traditional activity was tried. Some officials decamped to New Zealand, others are still hiding under their desks. Now and again you see one sneaking off to get supplies. SUSTAINABLY HUNTING THE BLUE PLANET! Anton, Not that i am aware of and i was with parks on Thursday, what they are doing tho is issuing leopard information form that is to accompany any TR2 form. on it is a questionare re the leopards, from method of hunting, sexes seen, hunted, baiting, etc, etc. The leopard for is issued with its own serial number which is linked to the TR2 from and clients details and if that form is not completed and returned the trophies will not leave zim. The form is issued even if you are not hunting leopard and as long as you have leopard on quota hope it helps a bit | |||
