Just curious whether the rest of you (Americans) that have traveled extensively overseas in recent years are aware of this suit, and are participating. I've heard so little in the news about it, I've been wondering whether it is a scam.

If real, since I've lived overseas for the entire period in question, the refund will pay for trophy fees for at least one more African safari.

What I found unusual is that I received the necessary paperwork to claim. My wife did not. I contacted CCF by e-mail and they are mailing us her documentation.

The lawsuit is real. I filed as a claimant with the law firm at least a month ago.
