Tony, I know Ian well. He is hunting with Ingwe Safaris in Zimbabwe (Bill Bedford) unless something has changed. Last I saw of him was at the Dallas show last year. I can get you the number for Charl Grobbler at Ingwe if you need it.

Thank you Big Bear. We hunted Dande South with him. and it was through Ingwe. I was trying to get a personal email address for him. If you have the # for Charl, I will contact him. Ian was a great pH to hunt with. We also hunted with Butch Coaton, another good man. Thanks much
Tony

Alive well and still hunting. He had his own business when I talked with him in Reno. Cannot remember the name on his card. It began with a "D". A friend of mine leaves in less than 2 weeks for a 21 day lion leopard buff etc. hunt with him.

Update on my friends safari with Ian. He got back in early august after his 21 day trip to chewore. I saw the video and photos last night. He got his lion by tracking, a enormous leopard off its own kill, the biggest hyena I have ever seen, a decent buffalo, a hippo and a 13.5' croc.

Not bad for a logger. He proves the addage that anything can be done if you want it bad enough.
