Ok, First let me start by saying I was wrong in my first post in that I beleived Licky was the/an owner. That was because to his credit Licky offered me solutions to my problem that were going to incur considerable expense to the company. That fact combined with the fact I demanded my deposit in the amount of $18,000.00 be returned for a 06 leopard, lion and buff hunt which it was promptly, led me to assume that only an owner would have access to the checkbook so to speak and make those kind of decisions. I later found out my 06 hunt was with another company, but with no questions asked Licky complied with my request. Very commendable on Lickys part. Now, In an attempt to be fair to all parties Adam attempted to contact me via phone and e-mail but I was at Myrtle Beach. I sat down this morning to return Adams call and the phone rang and it was Adam. We talked for about an hour. I told Adam that the intent of my initial post was not to air dirty laundry but to warn those hunting after me to be aware of my problems so they could avoid them at the outset of their hunt by speaking to their PH or contact Adam. Adam and I discussed the things in my post and his. It was a very calm and cordial conversation. I told Adam that I stood by what I said and those were the facts as I experienced them. Adam said he understood and he told me the info in his post is was what was told to him and it was admittedly second hand. We both agreeded that the behavior of my PH Paul Horsely was totally out of character for him. We discussed my return hunt and Adam assured me it was no problem and it would be a great hunt. Adam said he was sorry for the way the first hunt turned out and assured me that was not the way Bundu Safaris conducted hunts. As for as the things said about me being a drunk and " not a good hunter" those were resolved to my satisfaction also. So for me a huge problem was solved and the solution accepted by Adam and we both are satisfied. We are working on the details of my return hunt and I have no thoughts other than it will be a great hunt. This is my last post on this issue as it has been resolved. Thanks to all who posted with concerns on both sides of this problem. All I want is an even chance at hunting a nice buff and Adam has given me that chance so I'm as happy as I can be. If anyone has any further questions please feel free to PM or e-mail me. Lets get back to more fun posts.........................JJ " venator ferae bestiae et aquae vitae "

I am glad that both parties were able to find a solution to the problem. I hope that JJ's has a good hunt next time. The price of knowledge is great but the price of ignorance is even greater.

JJ, I'm glad that the situation was resolved and Adam was able to help factilitate it. Now, let's start a new 45-70 thread. -Steve -------- www.zonedar.com If you can't be a good example, be a horrible warning DRSS C&H 475 NE --------

Very good news! I am glad that both JJ, Adam and Wendell come clear and the allegations of lies seems to have been directed in a way you can agree on and can be left for internal discussion for those concerned. It sounds like a decent solution except: what about airfare spent for two round trips and only one hunt? Also, does Adam now get the hunt commision and Wendell gets screwed after doing a lot of work? Not trying to stir the pot on a resonable solution but these are valid concerns. I found out that this hunt WAS my hunt until health concerns caused me to cancel.

Glad to see you were able to arrenge everything between both of you. Sometimes a little of time is needed to alow things to calm down and see the whole thing from another perspective. There is nothing that cant be solved between true gentlemen. Good hunting L
