I heard on the Versus channel last night that the upcoming Dangerous Game episode will have Donald Trump Jr. hunting dangerous game (I'm not kidding and I think it's a buffalo hunt, but maybe someone else can correct me on that). It's supposed to be airing this Friday. We sure have seen some changes to the show since last year, haven't we?

If they want someone entertaining, why not put Nugent on -- at least he'd know what he was doing. OTH, adding the Trump's family influence to pro-hunting issues would help.

I want to see a stop action shot of Trump's hair when he fires a heavy recoiling rifle! I'd bet that comb over is two feet long! animal

All kidding aside, I think we need all the celebs that hunt to put it up front on film! thumb

This is the son and I couldn't think of a better way to entice some of the rich and famous into the world of hunting.

I couldn't agree with Frank more. Anything or anybody that introduces more folks to the shooting sports is a good thing. I could easily imagine that Trump Jr. has quite an array of friends and aquaintences that have no familairity with guns and hunting at all. Maybe he'll make hunting cool with a whole new group of people.

That's what The American Sportsman did years ago. But times have dramatically changed, and most of the rich and famous want NOTHING to do with hunting or with guns, or anything connected therewith, including the publicity of the hunt. It would be nice to see a list of celebs hunting and televising it, maybe on their OWN show and with likes of the hollywood celebs(men and women) that are indeed hunters (besides the usual likes of Jamison Parker or the husband of Delta Burke). But as far as the actual show Dangerous Game goes, it was really nice to have it with PH's like Doug McNeil and others that seemed to make the show more enjoyable, realistic and not appearing to be a rich man's show or a beauty queen's personal hunt. I liked it the way that it was. So, let the celebs do their OWN show. With all of the money that they have, I am sure that they could pool some of it and start THE NEW AMERICAN SPORTSMAN. Heck, Curt Gowdy's son could take over as the announcer. He's a genuine hunter, fisherman and fly fisherman in his own right, anyway.

Saw the episode of Kevin Fowler hunting whitetails right after watching that blonde chick hunt duikers in Cameroon.

Most of the celebs and really wealthy figures that do hunt not only don't want it on film... but don't even dare take a photo of them kneeling behind that dead animal. These people do not want themselves associated with hunting animals as it could ruin their relationships among the high society and could also have a negative impact on business, especially the ones that front or own well known companies. This is a fact that a safari owner in SA (that caters to these people) shared with me. Trump Jr. really has nothing to lose though since there would be no back lash from the wealthy society(the old man makes it very clear that if anyone tries to screw with the Trump Empire...they will regret it terribly) and people will gamble their money at Trump casinos no matter what.

Woodrow you are right... have a friend that shoots a few live pigeon shoots and says you wouldnt believe who shows up.. left of the left and no cameras videos etc... what happens without cameras might as well have not happened at all, or so they want you to believe
