Has anyone heard of an outfit called East Cape Safaris in RSA? Any information, either good or bad would be appreciated.

Thanks guys!

eyedoc,

I do not know them at all, so cannot report any first hand knowledge.

I did take a look at their web site and I do like the fact that they state clearly at which stage in the booking process a Hunt Contract will be issued. A big plus for them as compared to some other "smart operators". Wink

In good hunting.

yes-I agree the website looks good. However I am a bit concerned that with all the safari knowledge available here,no one can give me any first hand knowledge of the place.

Come out of the closet guys.Who has heard of this outfit?

If it is run by Grant Abrahamson , He is a quality guy . I have known him for 5 years now and even though I have not hunted with him yet , I would have no reservations to hunt with him. In my opinion he is a class guy and good family man with a very generous heart. PM me for more details. You would have a great time.

I also know Grant not well but we hunt the same nick of the woods. I have not heard anything bad about him from land owners or concessions and he has been operating for a number of years now.

Ask him for references? He seems friendly and on the up and up.There is also a lot of good concessions surrounding him and he also has his own land.

good luck
