Has anyone here on AR hunted Chete since the beginning of 2018 or have knowledge of the conditions there? I hunted there 2o years ago this year when Roy Vincent had the concession. I would like to hunt there again, but heard it went through some rough years of neglect and poaching, however there is talk the camp is rebuilt and quality of game is on the way back. Hearing some first hand reports would be great.

Like yourself, we hunted Chete every year while Roy was running it.

Was a great hunting area.

I have not heard anything from last year.

But, previous reports do not paint a very good picture of what had happened there.

Photos I have seen of a few years ago show the camp in a terrible state.

Someone posted here a while back that they had the concession, and are doing their utmost to get things as good as they were.

Hopefully someone will update this information.
