SkylineHunting Article's by AR Members
I have had quite a few published over the years in a number of magazines. What some guys fail to recognize with regards to submissions on African hunts, is that magazines get swamped with them.
When most magazines have staff writers and very limited room for freelance pieces, it can be very difficult to get an article on African hunting published.

Matt GrahamTruth be known, a good quality hunt report published onto AR is every bit as valuable to the reader as a hard copy story, maybe more... Magazines have a pretty limited self-life too...

bwana cecilI just read a story by our own "Frostbit" in the latest issue of African Hunting Gazette, page 55.
It is a very good story about the work that Andrew(fairgame) Baldry has done to create Royal Kafue.
Kudos to both of these good men, Andrew for his vision & detertermination & Jim for his willingness to get involved & then report on this conservation accomplishment.
Hopefully the recent events in Zambia will not reverse the good that has been done.
I am proud of both of you.

LittleJoeI have an article in the current Game Trails publication. It is titled Kudu, Kudu, Kudu. My first safari with the Rudman's at Blaauwkrantz.
I have had articles in Huntin Fool, Trophy Hunter, etc and it is getting harder to get them published.
I find it very hard to do a safari justice in 1,500 words or under. I have to pick just one species or item and focus on it.
I much appreciate Game Trails for publishing my article.

There's another article in the same issue on pages 83 - 88 that's a three way perspective of the Bushbuck hunt with Johnny du Plooy in 2010.
