The best thing you can do is get the hell out of there and leave it to the game scout to deal with.

I think you'll find that you have no legal right to shoot at a human being whatsoever under any circumstances.

You also need to bear in mind they'll probably have more fire power & ability to use it and also very possibly more ministerial protection than you and about & only thing worse than a Zimbabwe jail cell to end up in is a coffin........ or should that perhaps be the other way around.
