It's all fine to say you "hunt" as much as the client and he only pulls the trigger, but sometimes I just feel I also want to kill something myself for a change. So last Saturday morning I took my bow at first light and killed a blesbuck, zebra and black wildebeest by noon.
I was lucky with the wildebeest - it turned out to be 2" above Roland Ward.

Lochi.

ps. OK OK I cheated by sitting in a hide, but don't tell the others.

Lochi:

Did you cheat "twice" by using a compound? Wink

Show us a picture of the wildebeest, please! I'd like to compare it on one I semi-cheated to get..

Lochi,

Good work but I figured you were broke after taking that buff cow with an arrow a few months back!

Did you get any trophy photos? Post 'em!

Oh Ann,
You know how to stroke a man's ego - I love it when I look famous.
Pictures? When you shoot as many buffalo as I do per day with my bow, then there is little money left for a digital camera. I have to first:
* finish the film
* give it to my wife
* ask her to develop it
* borrow the scanner at work
* do research on how to post a picture
* post picture

Shall do nevertheless.
Lochi.
