anybody know any thing about eden wildlife concession in the ne corner of Namibia

Drove through it in 2004 and 2007 to get where I was going. Lots of game at that time, but that's been a while and things change in Africa. Don't have any current information.

Dries Alberts was there thru 2013 but I heard that Eden would be " moving in another direction". Don't know if that includes hunting or not but I heard they were going to focus on game meat production?

It was once a wonderful hunting destination but I would not recommend it as a hunting destination at this time.

I made two hunts on that property about 15 years ago with Gauss Hunting (Hagen Eggert and Hartmut Freyer). It was very impressive and I'm glad I got to experience it. Sad to hear it's going a different direction.

What about the prime hunting opportunities available to us right now? Are we going to be lamenting their demise 15 years from now?

All the more reason to get hunting now!
