My first safari was with Richie in the Valley in 2014. I've been on four now and the first is still by far the best. He and his team work really hard. We spent almost zero time in the bakkie during daylight hours and he walked my ass off.

His trackers are the best I've seen. None of the others I've seen since have come close. And that's not disapraging some of the others either. It hasn't yet worked out for me to hunt with Richie again, but I hope to change that before too long.

In camp Richie is one of the nicest most pleasant men you'll ever meet. In the field though. It's game face on. You'll hunt hard. Richie helped me complete a dream.

I hunted with Richie in 2012. Took 2 Ele, buff, 2 Impala and Duiker. We hunted hard and I had the best time of my life. He is a thoughtful and pleasant person to share a camp with. Very experienced and hard working to get you on game. His head tracker, Tonde, is a marvel to watch. I wish him success and congratulations are in order.

I also have hunted with Rich, and he is a joy to be with, and puts his heart and soul into making your hunt successful and your total experience great. I hope to hunt leopard with him in the next few years. A wonderful PH - I highly recommend him.
