You think they threw apples over the fence to get it within bow range nothing makes this rhino different then any other of the sa rhinos shot except this person will be rewarded for more then likely shooting a penned animal

Maybe they advertise so much because such a small percentage of SCI members ever ever participate in the Awards Program?

It is interesting how some paint with such a wide brush. One would think anyone that participated in the SCI programs do so only because they have money and want there name in a record book. I am sure there many that are good hunters who participate in the programs. Many of these people enjoy compitetion. I read about a doctor in Texas that still practices in his 80's who has many SCI awards. It is my understanding he hunted almost all of the animal in the world sucessfully and when in his 70's he took up bow hunting to start his quest over with a bow. When he prepares for a hunt he runs with a heavy back pack to prepare himslelf for the hunt. I doubt he does this just for the trophies (SCI) and name in the record book. I wish I could remember his name, I am sure someone here can enlighten us.
