Got a whatsapp message from Leon DuPlesssis from Save Safaris last night.

He shot a lioness in camp at 6 yards. Appears the lioness was injured by a snare.

She was in the lounge area of the camp eating the zebra skin ottoman thinking it was a zebra. She charge and he managed to shot her with a 470 at 6 yards.

Next time I go to the save - I am not leaving my rifle in the gun rack in the lounge area Wink

I will post some pictures later today.

Mike
