Lovely picture Mike. It looks familiar. We just had about 5 inches of snow in my neck of the valley in Las Vegas a couple of days ago. Most snow that Las Vegas has ever seen in 30 years. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Seasons Greetings. . . . .to all on AR! And Mike, the best to you, Cherie and the entire family.

I get shivers just looking at the pictures and hearing about the temp. We are having good weather as well upper 80's low 90's everyday and after 2-3 days some rain in the late afternoon or night to break the heat.

One beautiful December evening Huan Cho and his girlfriend Jung Lee were sitting by the side of the ocean.

It was a romantic full moon, when Huan Cho said "Hey baby, how about playing Weeweechu."

"Oh no, not now, lets look at the moon" said Jung Lee.

"Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I play Weeweechu. I love you and it's the perfect time," Huan Cho begged.

"But I rather just hold your hand and watch the moon."

"Please Jung Lee, just once play Weeweechu with me."

Jung Lee looked at Huan Chi and said, "OK, we'll play Weeweechu."....

Huan Cho grabbed his guitar and both sang....

Wee weec hu a melly Chlistmas,
Wee weec hu a melly Chlistmas,
Wee weec hu a melly Chlistmas,

and a happy New Year."

TO YOU ALL AND YOUR FAMILY, HAVE A GREAT ONE! Smiler

Here at 8000 feet in the San Juans above Durango we've had 4 good snows giving us over 4 feet. AM temps are averaging about 0F. I have a Kubota tractor with a 60 inch snow blower so it's not too difficult to manage. I can clear my two driveways and the road in front of my house in about an hour. And then the neighbors start calling.....
Merry Christmas everyone!

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.

Hey, Mike, couldn't you Pennsylvanians have held up that cold and snow a bit longer?

It moved east and buried us Bay Staters overnight! We are now living in a very cold and white-coated winter wonderland, just like you!

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate, and Season's Greetings and a Happy New Year to all!

Well last Monday it was 26 and raining. Today it was 65 at 12;00 and now it is 45 and dropping. Tomorrows low will be 25 but no precept. Well this is Texas “if you don’t like the weather just wait a little and it will change.” Hope it gets this out of its system so we can have nice weather for the DSC show.
I have been checking the weather in Boston and Portland Main Because I am flying there tomorrow well flying to Boston and driving to Portland. Lots of snow in the forecast, it should be fun.
Michael,
That is a great picture, it brings back lots of memories. I grew up on lake Erie just east of the Pa state line in NY. I know about “lake effect snow”.

Mike: I am sure that we could heat it up for you and Cherie. It would take a little bit of time to get it from just over 32 degrees to 92. My kids usually "polar bear" during Christmas. It only takes one jump in to fully wake them up, and then they are nearly walking on the surface as they try to get out! Big Grin
