If I could only hunt one animal again .. no question but it would be LION !!! Good luck !!!

Well, I am off early tomorrow morning to Zim to try for a lion once more. Maybe this will be the jinx breaker (time will tell). I am beginning to feel a real sense of urgency to get a lion now, with all the CITES rule change proposals and closures of lion hunting. Lion hunting is not getting easier or cheaper , and the opportunities are diminishing rapidly.

I will be back around July 6, and will post the results. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I haven't forgotten I owe you a hunt report, etc. from my recent trip, in return for your thoughts when we talked on the phone a couple months back about Zim. We didn't make it down to Tuli unfortunately, but talked to a couple guys who were there and they took some dandy kudu and eland.
