Have any of you seen one of these in person? Jonas Bros. out of New York is advertising them as another way to mount horns and antlers. If it costs less than a shoulder mount, it might be worth considering.

Very interesting. Looks very nice from the picture and is a sure alternative to a shoulder mount or a European mount.

A foundary in Oregon will do Moose and Elk skulls out of Bronze. You just attach your antlers for a great looking Euro mount.

It looks pretty cool and is about the same price as a head mount.

It looks like a way to fill in for soft bosses? There seems to be a big space between the bosses. I bet they charge more for that than a real mount.

I just heard from my taxidermist here in Houston - Brush Country Taxidermy. They can do it but it's the same price as the shoulder mount - $1,450.

These may sell but I don't care much for this. To me, A real mounted head would not look good in this position, why would a fake one? Makes the horn look fake too.

If all you want to display is the horns, I think they are better displayed on the skull.

This reminds me of some of those fake, plastic gazelle horn mounts that I have seen on display in furniture stores to "complete your safari decor"

just my 2 cents. Sorry Jonas. thumbdown

Yuck! Eeker This one looks like something you'd find in a satanic cult's temple.

I saw these awhile back. I cant say I care for them. I would much rather have just a plain old skull hanging around than these.
