Has anyone had success in logging into this system and checking on status of a permit?

I heard through the grapevine that someone’s ele permit for and ele from Zim had moved to “in-progress” and I tried to log in to check on mine. I could get logged in but every time I went to permits…it kicked me out! Mad

Lane,
I tried logging in this morning, first attempt was a no-go, second attempt worked. I hope the in -process permit is approved!

Some knowledge for those that are not familiar with the ePermit system: There are two categories: Applications and Permits. When initially submitting the permit application, you will get a tracking number for the Application. Once a Review Officer has been assigned to the application, it will move to the Permit section, and new number will be issued, and you will get an email stating that the permit is In Progress.

Permits will stay in the In Progress until either issued or a request for further information is asked for. Review Officers may or may not respond to requests for updates from applicants.

SSI clients benefit from the fact that we work with a select group of Reviewing Officers with whom we have weekly progress meetings, and our permits get generally approved faster than the average applicant. Contact us today if you have any questions about your permits, or if you would like SSI to take over the oversight of your permit.

I had the same experience with my leopard permit. I also suggest selecting text notification as the second form of authentication. I was never able to get an Authenticator app to work. Once I figured this out, I was happy with the results.
