Want to chat with some folks at SCI, thinking of a buffalo and or plains game in Uganda, would like to try for some nile perch, see the country. Looking for a great experience.

Great to get recommendations from folks that have gone. Thanks

Stop by WTA/Cabela's booth and speak to Tim Herald. No need to look further. You will get the best price and the best service from them. Their Outfitter is the guy to go with, and Tim has been there and done that.

Yep Tim can get you set up. A Ugandan safari is worth every penny. Make sure you spend a day on the Nile.

I went two times with Christian Weth and I was very satisfied, specially the second time. Is the biggest operator in Uganda with many areas. Sitatunga Bushbuch, oribi in the Kafu basin, Buffalo,Kob at the border of the Murchison NP.The camp in the Kafu is simply perfect. There I went also fishing for the nile perch at the base of the falls. A unique experience.

I would be happy to help set up a hunt.
I do book for Uganda Wildlife Safaris and Christian Weth. No cost for our services to you, and it is nice to have someone on this side to deal with.

Here is a link to my report from our hunt last year.

Uganda report

Very sorry that the pics are gone. I just haven't had time to transfer all the report pics to imgur. I am happy to email photos, etc.

My email is tim@trophyadventures.com and my direct phone is 859-608-9331.

If you would like to see a couple of articles with photos, you can see these links.

Uganda Part 3
I also had a piece in the summer issue of DSC's magazine and the next issue of Sports Afield, I have an article about the hunt.

Let me know if I can help. I will be at DSC and SCI if you want to meet.

Good Hunting,

Another vote for UWS and WTA!
