Am considering a hunt with Pete and his partner Graham Cawood in Mozambique. Has anyone hunted with him or his partner?

I hunted the Selous with Swanepoel and Scandrol and would never book another hunt with them again.

Area was sublet. Trophy handling was terrible. PH had me shoot a 32 inch soft bossed buff. Booked it after reading a story by a famous guy who sometimes posts here. Last time I will do that.

AAZ - Keep in mind Pete Jr. is totally separate and non-affiliated with his father and S&S safaris. Nor has he been for along time, as far as I know. Have not hunted with him, but just didn't want him to get confused with S&S safaris.

Thanks Guys -- As Aaron pointed out, what I really need is any information from folks who have hunted with Pete Swanepeol Jr or Graham Cawood.

It would be help full to know a company name and in what area and for which species you want to hunt I never heard about them having a concession but would just take a couple of calls to find out more.

I too have hunted with Pete Jr. My first safari was last year in Zambia. We hunted in Luangwa and Mumbwa. Perfect gentleman, great connections (in fact I met Larry Rudolf and his wife as I was heading out of camp and he was heading in for his Lion with Pete's younger brother...they are very connected in the safari world)I am considering a visit to Moz with Pete 2012..unfortunately I won't be able to swing a trip in 2011 when his prices are so great.
