So I got thinking on what Fujo said about a true Gentleman and what it is that makes such a person.

In the end I came to the conclusion that being a Man and stepping up to the plate and accepting responsibility is one of the tributes of a true Gentleman.

Now 3 years ago I did so and today I will do it again, I Justin Karan should never have passed on those photos to the client, even if I got them from Joe Soap. I took them and forwarded on without a worry in the world that they were not to be used.

I accepted that responsibility and contacted Johnno prior to his Safari to hash out and get back onto good terms.

It was my Bad and even though it was hashed out it has come to be a thorn in this saga.

As Johnno said yesterday for all to see he had true intentions to pay his fees I have a proposal on the table for him.

At this stage including the interest the Ozzie courts add onto claims my suit it +- $75 000 excluding legal costs if I win.

I am willing to walk away and call it a day if Johnno steps up to the following conditions.

1. He pays the full trophy fee outstanding excluding interest to an anti-poaching program in Africa.

2. He acknowledges that he knew about the photos before his Safari, and that he actually has been a bit hard headed all these years.

3. He posts the photos of the animals taken on his hunt.

The last condition can be waved but I would like to see the quality of the animals hunted.

So Johnno, you have had a few AR members stick up for you over the past few years, let’s see if you are willing to be the person they say you are and step up to the plate.

Ball is in your court....
