Can anyone here give me some info on Bernadelli double rifles. A guy at Reno had a double in 9.3 x 74R that looked very nice. He was asking $4700 which seemed pretty reasonable to me. Fit and finish looked good. It had only a few rounds through it. The previous owner didnt like it for some reason. It had some funky looking high iron sights but those could be replaced for fairly reasonable.

I had a Bernardelli double cal 375 h&h mag. until last year. I sold them with his original bag for about 4.500 Euros. I used this gun in Africa and Canada for Buffalo and Bison with very good results. I dont know if the price they asked is right, but I have the impression is a little bit high for a 9,3 x 74 ( at least for the italian market). Depend also of the model.
