WOW!! Simply SPECTACULAR photography, Saeed. Thank you for sharing!! Is this in Roy and Alan's new concessions in the west of Tanzania?? I have been communicating with them regarding this vs THE SELOUS. How do you compare this area to their old blocks? What camera are you using?? Still the Sony Rx-10?? Looks like a great safari!! These are so far all from a hunt we had with TGT a few years ago. We hunted from several camps. Alan was working for TGT at that time. We used several cameras, but sadly I cannot remember the models. I have more photos to post, so please keep coming back.

Saeed, I always enjoy your wonderful photography! Interesting, informative and exciting. Also I have never seen a better dressed warthog or a land cruiser with better tires! Brian PS. The camp cooking set up is pretty impressive. IHMSA BC Provincial Champion and Perfect 40 Score, Unlimited Category, AAA Class.

Glad you enjoy these. I am running some backup program which take quite a while, so in the meantime I am going through thousands of photos and trying to pick a few to post for you here. Photos are taken by several people, so you might get duplicates of the same subject, but from a slightly different angle.

Pictures. When we had film cameras, I used to take about 60 rolls of film with me. Problem was trying to make sure you take enough pictures of interesting things, and not run out of film before the hunt was over. So we tended to have more pictures of the actual animals. In came the digital cameras, and computers, and that problem was solved. I give small pocket cameras to everyone in our party. The camera is theirs to keep, but I take all the pictures taken every day. At the end of the safari, I put all the pictures, taken by everyone, together, and share them with everyone. Not all the pictures you see on our hunts are taken by me. We have individuals who hardly take any pictures - Walter for example. He is normally too busy screwing things up for himself! I tend to take more pictures than anyone else, because there seems to be something interesting around everywhere to be photographed!

Saeed, I generally carry a small digital camera in the left pocket of my shirt and wind up with a lot of pictures of birds, bugs, and flowers. My SLR is in a backpack carried by one of the trackers. Miss a lot of good shots because a rifle not the camera is in my hand. Great photos. Really enjoyed them.
