That’s excellent. DSC is making some very good videos that explain conservation.

The video is very good but if you read the comments beyond the first few you'll see the typical anti response. They are so caught up in their hate for us that they can't listen to anything other than the lies they are being fed so consequently we are the liars. I mean it's like "Jim Jones" I'll drink the Cool-Aid thing. This and the current socialist zealots in the Democratic party just scare the shit out of me.

One reply said that they could not care less about South Africas abundant game populations because the animals were according to them, a result of breeding. In his mind animals that are not wild should not exist or are not important.I guess they have no idea that animals from breeding operations and transplants are used to restock wild habitats. They should go to Africa the real Africa and see for themselves that in areas where there is no hunting they won't find a single bird.

The video somehow needs to get out there to non hunters and anti hunters. Posting it here and sending to our hunting friends is bloody useless. Like preaching to the choir!

Mark is spot on and why these videos do little good (albeit I am appreciative for them and the little good they do...do). We have to engage by working with the scientist who see the truth and are willing to say it. They are seen as unbiased and can present our case where the non-hunting public (as opposed to the “anti”-hunters) will buy in.

Loved the video. I disagree that messages like this do little good. The emotional liberals are a minority. We are a minority. The majority are uninformed and really don't have the knowledge to form an opinion. I challenge everyone to forward the video to those "undecided" friends and family members we all have. I received nothing but positive feedback from my non-hunting friends about this video.

I don't waste time trying to explain anything to emotional idiots. I have no time for them. However, a lot of practical, intelligent people just do not know because it really "isn't their thing". Because I am married to a Latina, I am involved in the Latin community here in South Florida. The majority are not hunters. When our friends visit and see the photos and trophies, they are very open and curious to know about our experiences. Number one question is always "what happened to all that meat?"

Safe hunting
