We have added a few dama gazzels to our zoo. They are much more beautifull in nature than in any photos I have seen. Also, in the photos one would expect them to be smaller.

Saeed, That's a nice looking animal. What sort of height are they at the shoulder?

I actually took the photo through the fence! I took the photo with a Nikon D300, with a Nikon 70-300mm VR lense. It seems those lenses that have vibration resistance make life so much easier to take a decent photo.

Saeed, those are some nice looking animals you've got there. How many animals are in your "zoo"? ____________________________ If you died tomorrow, what would you have done today ... 2018 Zimbabwe - Tuskless w/ Nengasha Safaris 2011 Mozambique - Buffalo w/ Mashambanzou Safaris

Odd looking but nice ! Like seeing a hartebeest for the first time. Frederik Cocquyt I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good.

Very cool. DRSS Life Member SCI Life Member NRA Life Member WSF Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick. And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too. May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep. May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip. -Seth Peterson
