Air 2K probably aren't the cheapest, but they use good, very well maintained aircraft and good staff - which is worth a higher price. - My advice would e to try to get the outcoming and incoming clients to try to share your charters rather than seeking the cheapest price. If you do get prices that are considerably cheaper, try to find out details if the aircraft age and flying hours etc before making a decision.........

Edward,

Why would you not take a scheduled flight from JIA to Harare and have your PH pick you up there or charter from there to Buffalo Range? A JIA-Buffalo Range charter seems like an unecessary expense.

I chartered from Harare to the OMAY in June of 2004.
If I remember correctly the cost was $1500.oo

However I feel I was cheated as the pilot made me fly the whole way there. Mad

Actually He let me fly the whole way there. Cool Big Grin

Kinda scared Ian my videographer when he asked, OH you have a pilots license, and I said "No". Smiler

Seems like a big waste of money to me since you can fly comercial from Joberg to Bulawayo for less than $200 and drive in to Buffalo range in a few hours for little if any addoitional cost. Also get to see some of the country that way.
