500grainsYeah, but what is the black market rate? 1 USD = 110,000 Zimbucks? More?
But remember, where there is hardship, there is also opportunity. You just have to know how to make the most of it.

DPhillipsThe Bank Credit rate at the end of September when I was there was roughly 1 USD = 25,000 ZWD
That's a huge drop in about a month.
Black Market rate at that time was as high as 75,000.

PWN375Balla Balla,
The government issues Bearer Notes in 20,000.00 Zim denominations. They are printed on old 50.00 Zim notes and have an expiration date that is widely ignored. Even at that, it is an impressive sight to see all the cash laid out to buy dinner or a pair of Courtneys.
