Let's disect the "vulgarity" that I wrote:



* lions are Christians (OK this is what is called a "Joke", it was meant to be amusing. Of course animals are dumb brutes and eat, sleep, re-produce and die. They don't go to heaven.)



* lions lick each others arses (this is true and a known fact. Christian as well and heathen lions lick each others arses and probably enjoy it)



* lions eat heathens (many Africans are not Christian, therefore it is quite probable they will eat non-Christians from time to time)



Where is the vulgarity?



There is also a passage in the Bible that you should look up before becoming all self-righteous holy and accusing people of being un-Christian. Something about "a log in your own eye".



Personally that is enough religion discussion on this hunting board for me. As one member once said on these boards (paraphrased), "take an aspirin, lie down and the strange pain in your head may go away".



PS Anyone want the real joke, seeing I have been accused of being vulgar. Might as well do it properly.

Unfortunatly in the real world, both the above statements applys to quite a lot of humans too... Christian, Muslim, Hindu or otherwise!

So making a few jokes about lions shouldn't be a big deal...

Danny, Calm down, nobody is jumping on any religion, pro, or con! This was a joke, plain, and simple, nothing more!

If you have a political agenda in your protest, then it should be placed on the political forum, where most of the non-sense belongs, and is! So-called DEBATES that envolve politics, or religion, are un-winable, and are a waste of band width. Believe what ever you want, and let others do the same, and simply laugh at the jokes without being offended!
