I've been hearing rumors that Nixon's clients have been doing pretty well, including a 60 pound elephant. Can you fill us in on what has occurred in Malapati this season?

SBT Sorry to jump in but,i talked with Nixon 2 weeks ago. His client at the time shot a elephant,leopard,buffalo & a klipspringer in 5 days. The rest of his time they were looking for a lion. I don't believe they found it. Can't wait for my turn.

Buff for sure. Only one on the menu. May be hard to shoot 2 in 7 days but if I get the opportunity for another one I will. The plains game part I will just play by ear... We will see what comes up. I can't resist warthogs. Also, if I have a chance at a hyena I would probably take it. There are also 2 impalas that are included in the package. The whole appeal of an African hunt is the unpredictability and mystery of what can happen. One buffalo, anything else is just icing on the cake.

Thanks Bobby. We are looking forward to our hunt. God knows that after looking for an affordable elephant hunt for years, it is the only hunt I could pull off and have a reasonable expectation of a 50 pound plus elephant.
