Mark just arrived in Dar today for some hunting with a client. He sent me a few pics and asked me to please share them with his friends on AR. I have provided links below to the info so the photos will show-up properly.

For anyone that is currently in or traveling to South Africa and might be interested, there will be dangerous game shoots conducted at two locations in November 2017. These are big bore rifle events and everyone is welcome. This will be the last DGS shoots of the year and Mark Sullivan will be there headlining the events.

I think you will find that the entries only open on 1 November for both the Pretoria and Cape Town shoots.

I think you will also find that Mr Sullivan won't be the showstopper that you may think. We have been arranging and/or taking part in these shoots since 2011 and attendance has been just about full on each one, the absence of big names notwithstanding...

I think I understand. As a sidebar, Sullivan was at the Safari Outdoor Lynnwood, Pretoria store on 26 July. The sponsors and people enjoyed him being there and you can see the pictures if interested on the Safari Outdoor Facebook Page (July 26).

I like to do my own hunting, not pay some not case whose sole purpose in life is self glorification at the expenses of his clients.

That idiot is the worst thing that has ever happened to the professional hunting community.

I have not met a single professional hunter who did not think of him as the a loud mouth asshole!

I think Shawn and his hero have hit bottom.

Just imagine, a man who claims to be braver than any professional hunter that had ever liver, repeatedly puts down his own paying clients, has now gravitated to being either a tag along tea boy behind another professional hunter - reminds me of that cartoon of a dog with his tung a foot out of his mouth salivating for attention

Or that just the mention of his name in attendance is going to make other hunters go gaga over him.

I heard a story of him walking into one of the hotels in Dar with somone. He saw a number of professional hunters around a table, and announce "let us show these BOYS how to hunt buffalo"

Apparently, just the looks from around that table was enough to get our hero right out of the door!

I wonder what had happened to his bravery?
