All true, but I just bought a Versacarry Canvas rifle sling for one third ( 1/3 ) the price of the Trader Keith sling and mine came with the metal clips that connect to the sling studs in my rifle.
I have several leather slings which would have done nicely but they were either too wide or too bulky to fit into my double rifle gun case.

I have no pix to attach (who takes pix of a rifle sling?) , but may take a picture with the rifle on our next outing.

I tried to find that one, but it doesn't seem available.

Yes. Trader Keith. But Brownell’s Latigo leather is the best. My $0.02.

Big Bend Saddlery in Alpine Texas doesn't carry canvas slings but does carry and custom make anything leather at a fair price.

Holland and Holland makes a good one. I have used one for years on my rifle.

Each to his own, but don't know why you'd want a canvas sling. Look at Murray leather slings. Not sure exactly how many I have. Seem to buy another one or two at each DSC convention.

I love Murray's products, and have several things he made. Having said that, I do have one of his slings that was custom made for the original owner of a 470NE double I bought. Like Shelton said, that sling is fine and very well made but, is far too bulky to fit in the fitted case for that rifle. The canvas sling by Trader Keith is a far better choice for double rifle users IMO!

That sling would fit an AK47 nicely but I would never attach it to my 9,3x74R.
