The article which apparently resulted in him resigning from both African Indaba and the CIC (though he writes that he will continue to write for AI): HERE.

He sure is a great writer. Shame about the subject matter ... sad.

Flack is a no frills writer, but his experience on African subjects is without a doubt very substantial. Usually enjoy his reads.

Reading Peter's article it goes a long way to explain Obama Care in the us from our erstwhile president. Sorry didn't mean to hijack the topic.

If anyone is connected and does his research, it is Peter Flack. From my only contact in Zambia, the words of Peter Flack are correct. Money is always the issue, not the resource. Peter calls it as it is.

The author describes " the African triple bottom line of corruption, nepotism, and incompetence" ... Ain't it the (sad) truth.
