The Sunday News is an organ of Zimpapers, which is the mouthpiece of the misruling party and so really shouldn't be given any credence. Of course they want the money, because they've (the government) squandered everything of value they ever had, and of course they want the intellectual property because the work is being done by someone else. Beats having to get your own hands dirty.
