was wondering what reasons will you bring in to use a PH or an outfitter that is not from the country you are going to hunt?

There are both positives and negatives. On the negative side, a lot of the hunts gone wrong, sometimes involves outfitters from one country offering hunts in a different country, whatever the reason may be.
On the positive side, you will have reputable outfits from one country, that have access to good hunting areas in another country. These outfitters won't put their reputation at risk, by offering hunts in areas that won't produce.
Do your research, whatever direction you decide to follow.

Where the PH is from would never be of a concern to me..Damn few PHs are from Tanzania for instance, but many have been hunting those concessions for years and why not, who in the world would chose to live in Dar es Salaam...
